This is a nice place to discuss something in English, but I think some people are really intimidated by the English-only rule. How about creating a new Q&A board where people can ask questions and share some English usage? Of course, people can give expression in Chinese there.

I usually go to EnglishForums.com while I have English relative question there. There are many native professionals there.
